Premier Exhibitors who would like to showcase their items indoors at the main entrance to the conference area may choose our Grand Ballroom Entry Walkway. Fees include a skirted table located inside the J. Wayne Reitz Union Grand Ballroom Entry Walkway, wireless Internet access, electrical outlets, and 2 complimentary conference registrations.
Exhibitors who prefer to showcase indoors, but would prefer a more affordable option may choose our Grand Ballroom Hallway section. Fees include a skirted table located inside the J. Wayne Reitz Union Grand Ballroom Hallway, wireless Internet access, electrical outlets, and 2 complimentary conference registrations.
Exhibitors who wish to showcase their displays in an outdoor, but covered setting may choose our Colonnade section. Fees include an unskirted table located on the J. Wayne Reitz Union Colonnade, wireless Internet access, electrical outlets, and 2 complimentary conference registrations.
Exhibitors with larger, outdoor displays, such as vehicles or walk-through environments would be well-suited for our outdoor North Lawn area. Fee includes 2 complimentary conference registrations.
* We strongly encourage Students and Non-Profit groups to present their ideas for sustainability by offering a significantly reduced rate of $20 per table/section on the Colonnade and North Lawn.
